Uranium Soda is a french independant studio founded by Romain Danos and Jules De Guglielmi. We are not focused on a specific kind of game, neither a specific platform, we are currently exploring... Creating well-crafted games we love with decent economic models is something very important to us.

History

First steps

We met first time at high school in 2005. We use to play a lot together at this time and both seriously thought we wanted to create video games. We started working together in 2012, without any specific game development knowledge neither any professional project management experience. At this moment we had both 3 years of study behind, Romain as an artist 2D/3D and animator at ARTFX school (Montpellier, France) and Jules as a technician in computer science at Paul Sabatier University (Toulouse, France). We worked 5 months together in 2013, 2 months in 2014, sneaking between Jules master studies in A.I. agenda. Full-time game development only began in september 2015 on our first title Supralympic Runners. For now on we are proud to say that finally, despite so many beginner’s mistakes, our first title will be released soon. And it's such a relief !
